Greetings to all those who attended the Bread baking class. Hopefully everyone enjoyed the class as much as I did teaching it.

The Farmer's market in Weston has started. I plan to be there this weekend May 8th with bread and other bakery goods.

Jo Jo's Bakery is a small, family run bakery located near Stevens Point. It consists of a licensed commercial kitchen that is attached to our house.

Although small, we bake a wide variety of items that range from heavy whole wheat flax bread to light as air cinnamon twists.

Our goods are available weekends at the Wausau farmers' market during the summer and fall season. We will also be setting up at the Cedar Creek Mall during the holiday and winter season. Orders are also welcomed and we can arrange for local delivery on some orders.
